The objective of the challenge is to rethink Talent Arena for 2027. Imagine and design how this event should evolve in order to remain relevant, inspiring, and transformative. As part of the NextArena Challenge, several student teams will present the projects they have developed to define how Talent Arena can evolve to become the leading global forum for digital talent. Proposals should address different strategic areas, combining creativity and innovation with analysis and a forward-looking vision, while taking into account the objectives outlined above. Participants are expected to design an experience that connects with new generations, delivers value to senior professionals, drives innovation, and leaves a lasting impact on the European digital ecosystem. In this context, the challenge aims to open its strategy to innovative ideas and differentiated proposals for the 2027 edition, using the previously described elements as a reference and aligning with the strategic and future-oriented vision that is being defined.
