Talent Arena is an event designed for digital professionals who want to expand their knowledge, advance their careers, and explore new opportunities. The event will not only bring together top digital talent but also the entire digital talent ecosystem, featuring leading companies in the sector and training centers specializing in trending technological disciplines, fostering networking and creating new opportunities.

Please note that Talent Arena is a professional event with priority access for MWC pass holders and industry professionals. However, it is also open, with limited capacity, to students and emerging digital talent.

Talent Arena will run for 3 days, from Monday, March 2 to Wednesday, March 4, 2026. 

The event will be open from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM. On Tuesday, March 3, for the Talent Arena Party, the hours will extend until 8:30 PM, with the venue closing at 9:00 PM. 

Please note that access to the venue will close 30 minutes before the end of each day. 

General access to Talent Arena is completely free. To attend, simply register online for a General Pass, and you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket in QR format. 

For the 2026 edition, attendees can also purchase the XPRO Pass, a paid ticket specially designed to help you evolve professionally and enhance your career with a range of exclusive content and activities. 

Please note that access to Talent Arena is subject to venue capacity. Talent Arena is a professional event with priority access for XPRO, MWC, and 4YFN pass holders, as well as industry professionals. However, it is also open, with limited capacity, to emerging digital professionals. 

To access Talent Arena, you must present the QR code received in your confirmation email after completing the registration form online. Additionally, regardless of the ticket type, it is important to bring a valid ID, as passes are personalized and may be checked upon entry. 

No, registration is valid for the entire event, and you can enter Talent Arena as many times as you like during the 3 days of the event, from March 2 to March 4, 2026. 

No, the Talent Arena ticket is personal and non-transferable. Registration on the event website must be done on an individual basis because it includes personal data.

Yes, Talent Arena will have a coworking area available for XPRO pass holders to work, focus, and stay productive. 

Helmets, scooters, bicycles, skateboards, or similar items are not permitted inside Talent Arena, nor are large suitcases. Please note that we do not provide a cloakroom service for these items.

Yes, at the event you will find various dining and bar options spread across different areas, catering to a range of needs and tastes.

The venue at Fira de Barcelona (Montjuïc, Hall 8) is located at Avinguda de la Reina Maria Cristina - Plaça Espanya. You can get there by:

Metro: lines L1, L3, and L8.

Bus: routes D20, D40, H12, H16, V7, 13, 23, 46, 65, 52, 79, 91, 109, 150, and 165.

Train: R5, R6, R50, R60, S3, S4, S8, and S9.

No. The venue does not have parking facilities, but you can leave your car near Avinguda de la Reina Maria Cristina where you will find several public car parks.

To ensure smooth entry, 2 separate entrances will be available depending on your pass type: 

General Pass holders: Main Entrance at Avenida Reina María Cristina. 

XPRO Pass holders: Priority Access, Plaza España. 

Your MWC Barcelona 2026 pass is valid on Thursday, March 5, allowing you to fully enjoy Talent Arena during the 3 preceding days of the event. 

Certainly! If you already possess your MWC or 4YFN Digital Access Pass, you can access Talent Arena without the need for additional registration. Access for MWC & 4YFN Attendees will be through the priority entrance located at Plaza España.

If you are an MWC or 4YFN pass holder, you can take the shuttle bus from Fira Gran Via North Entrance or the FGC Train from Europa/Fira station to Plaça Espanya.

No, workshops and talks do not require prior registration. Attendance and entry will be on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend that you arrive well in advance, especially for the workshops that will take place early each day of the event.

The XPRO Pass is designed to maximize your professional growth opportunities, offering access to cutting-edge technical knowledge across the event’s content verticals, and to high-value networking with industry leaders through exclusive activities such as hackathons, specialized workshops, and other premium experiences. Official ticket sales, both General and XPRO, will be conducted exclusively through the Talent Arena website. 

No refunds will be granted for any ticket type, neither General nor XPRO, except in the case of event cancellation. Ticket transfers are not allowed.
