The roundtable will focus on the shortage of digital talent in Catalonia, currently the main barrier to the growth and competitiveness of the ICT sector. We will address this challenge from a cross-cutting perspective: that of the technology sector, through the experience of 3Cat, and that of public policy, with the participation of the Secretariat for Digital Policies and the Secretariat for Equality and Feminism.
